Role Description:
A Membership Coordinator at Status Solutions recruits local businesses and organizations to join The Status Solutions Network. These membership fees are then utilized to help fund local situational awareness investments. While promoting and selling memberships, this team member will educate and inform those within the community of the importance of creating an ecosystem of mutual benefit. This role requires excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills. In addition, a Membership Coordinator will be expected to continuously stay up to date on local community events and attend a set number throughout a given timeframe.
Responsibilities:
- Has a clear understanding of the Status Solutions business model and the relationship to Status Solutions Network.
- Creating an environment that fosters/funds mutual benefit.
- Builds lasting relationships in local communities to effectively identify and contact potential members for Status Solutions Network.
- Advocates for situational awareness technologies to be the norm in local businesses and schools.
- Possess the ability to always be flexible and adaptable.
- Actively sells community memberships for the network.
- Collects membership fees.
- Seeks new business opportunities for Status Solutions.
- Collects finder fees for new Status Solutions customers.
- Work collaboratively to generate innovative ideas, leads, and strategies with the Franchise team.
- Maintains knowledge of current sales tactics and business tools.
- Attends local community networking events to promote and build brand awareness for Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Entrepreneurship or related field.
- 1-3 years of direct sales experience, preferred but not required.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated history of problem solving and acting with urgency.
- Energetic and displays dedication to tackle new projects.
- Acts as a brand ambassador for Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network.
- Must be able to report to the Westerville, Ohio office.

- Starting Annual Salary: $50,000-$60,000 based on experience.
