Clinical Supervisor (On‑Site with Opportunities to Work Remote)

Location: New Ulm, Minnesota

Starting Pay: $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience and credentials)

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and mentor clinicians delivering outpatient mental health therapy. You will provide structured clinical supervision and ensure high standards of care and compliance. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who loves coaching others, elevating clinical quality, and strengthening access to care in New Ulm.

What You'll Do (Clinical Supervisor responsibilities):

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to pre‑licensed clinicians (e.g., social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology)
  • Support treatment planning, case consultation, and evidence‑informed therapy practices for diverse populations (youth, adults, and families)
  • Oversee clinical quality, documentation standards, and compliance with Minnesota statutes and relevant licensing board rules (Board of Social Work, Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, Board of Psychology)
  • Lead onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training to support clinical growth and licensure pathways
  • Partner with program leadership on outcomes, access, and service development in New Ulm and the surrounding area
  • Participate in crisis consultation and ensure adherence to risk management protocols
  • Foster a collaborative, team‑oriented culture aligned with LAHC's mission and values

What We're Looking for (Qualifications):

  • Age 21+
  • Master's degree (or higher) in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related mental health
  • Active Minnesota licensure as one of the following:
    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - social work
    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Psychologist (LP)
  • Approved supervisor designation (or board‑approved eligibility) by the relevant Minnesota licensing board (e.g., MN Board of Social Work for LICSW, Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy for LPCC/LMFT, Board of Psychology for LP)
  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, coaching, or leadership within outpatient mental health or related settings
  • Strong documentation, EHR proficiency, and knowledge of Minnesota clinical and billing standards
  • Collaborative, mission‑aligned leader who thrives in a positive, team‑based environment

Schedule and Work Setting

  • Full or Part time, primarily weekday hours; occasional evenings as needed for supervision or client needs
  • On‑site at New Ulm with potential opportunities to work remote

Compensation and Benefits
