Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Mental Health Therapist in Fremont, California. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits. The position in hyrbid with 2 days on-site per week required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health assessments and evaluations to clients.

• Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of psychology.

• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.

• Educate patients and their families on psychological issues and treatment options.

Essential Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field

• Licensed as a LPCC, MFT, LCSW, or PsyD

• Strong understanding of psychological theories and practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

• Experience with diverse populations and various psychological conditions preferred.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
