Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) Needed in California

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Mental Health Counselor to provide therapeutic care and support to individuals in need. If you are dedicated to making a lasting impact on mental health and wellness, this is a prime opportunity to join a respected team of professionals.

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care
• Participate in professional development to stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices
• Contribute ideas for improving clinical services and enhancing patient outcomes

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
• Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
