Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Join Gotham Enterprises Ltd as a dedicated Mental Health Counselor, providing essential therapeutic services to individuals and families. You will facilitate mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.

Compensation: $120,000 to $130, 000 per year with benefits

Job Responsibilities:

 Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

 Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify treatment needs.

 Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client treatment progress in electronic medical records.

 Provide crisis intervention as necessary to ensure patient safety.

 Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues and effective coping strategies.

 Advocate for clients' needs and assist in accessing community resources.

 Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

 Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

 Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling from an accredited program.

 Current license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to practice in the state of employment.

 Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting preferred.

 Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and best practices.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

 Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and related technology.
