Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy the freedom to balance your personal and professional life with flexible scheduling. Whether you prefer in-person, virtual, or hybrid sessions, we don't require you to work evenings or weekends (unless you work with children). You are free to create your own schedule. Full-time hours are available with 22-30 clients a week.
Personal & Professional Growth Opportunities: We encourage and support your growth as a clinical professional. We have monthly virtual professional development sessions, as well as meditation and artistic practices. Currently we are offering therapists a racial trauma training program. There are also opportunities to engage in in-person team gatherings that foster personal connections and professional collaboration.

We provide individual and group supervision as you help guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery to reclaim their voice, narrative, and personal power. No Administrative Meetings: We respect your time and prioritize your focus on clinical work. All meetings are conducted virtually, and there are no administrative meetings to attend. We take care of the marketing, finances, billing and most administrative duties so that you can focus on what you do best - working with your clients.
