We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our growing practice, providing high-quality mental health services through teletherapy and/or in‑person sessions in the Livonia, MI area. About the Role We are looking for licensed therapists who specialize in various clinical areas, including but not limited to: Individual & Family Therapy: Marriage and family therapy, adolescent and child therapy, end‑of‑life counseling, geriatrics Trauma & Specialized Care: Trauma‑informed therapy, substance use treatment, grief counseling, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy (including adolescent LGBTQ+ support) Evidence‑Based Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength‑Based Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Solution‑Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Therapy, Integrative/Holistic Therapy, and more Key Responsibilities Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth or in person Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and create individualized treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care Support clients in accessing community resources and additional mental health services Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical and professional standards If applicable, supervise and provide guidance to limited license social workers (LLMSWs), ensuring quality care and professional development Qualifications Must be licensed to practice in Michigan (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LP, or equivalent) Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field Experience in medical social work or clinical settings (preferred but not required) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Passion for providing compassionate, client‑centered care Why Join Us?
