Massachusetts Mind Center (MMC), LLC is a fast growing behavioral health services provider. MMC provides behavioral health services, which includes individual, family, couple and group therapy along with medication management to children and adults.
General Description:
Great opportunity to work in a fast growing behavioral health group practice in
Bostons Back Bay. Practice is seeking a full time therapist to psychological evaluation and therapy (individual and group settings) to patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides psychological evaluation and treatment to patients.
- Maintains all records in accordance with the policies and procedures of the practice.
- Maintains open, collaborative and collegial relationships with other team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a masters in social work or mental health counseling (LICSW or LMHC)
- Licensed by the Association of Social Work Boards or Mental health counselor.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Satisfactory report from the Association of Social Work Boards.
- High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Willingness to submit to a background check. However, a record is not an automatic bar to employment but is reviewed in relation to the job applied for.

$80,000-90,000 annually (subject to experience)
