Work remotely and manage your own schedule as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in Minnesota

Join a fully remote team dedicated to providing assessment and treatment services to stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. Our mission is to support individuals in enhancing their well-being by developing essential coping strategies.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual one-on-one therapy sessions to support clients’ mental health.
• Help clients explore their emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and stronger relationships.
• Provide advocacy and assist clients in identifying and achieving their personal goals.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and implement treatment strategies using a solution-focused approach.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse individuals and a variety of mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
