As a therapist with Beautiful Mind Therapy, you will be expected to:
- Maintain professionalism and commit to your caseload and the practice;
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy weekly, primarily for adults (or children/adolescents if you have relevant experience and training);
- Conduct initial assessments and establish treatment goals for clients;
- Complete all required documentation per policies and procedures;
- Collaborate with the treatment team to assess patient progress and determine the need for higher care or discharge;
- Participate in community outreach, marketing, and promotional activities for Beautiful Mind Therapy;
- Participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings (consultation and team connection are central to our mission/vision); and
- Collaborate with referral sources and outside treatment providers as needed.

Requirements
- Holds a master’s degree in psychology or a related field;
- Is licensed in the state of Illinois as an LCSW or LCPC;
- Is available to commit to 15 to 32 hours per week (position starts as part-time and can grow to full-time);
- Is willing to work as an independent contractor and receive a 1099;
- Is proactive, skilled, and highly engaging with clients, with strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities; and
- Has private practice experience (preferred, but not required.
