Our mission is to prioritize quality, attentiveness, and transparency—core values we believe are too often missing in today’s engineering landscape.Why join us?Fully RemoteEquityHealthcare, Dental, Vision401kGenerous PTOOpportunity to work directly with leaders and ownershipJob DetailsResponsibilities:Develop engineering design concepts for HVAC building systems on moderately complex projectsDesign mechanical or electrical building systemsPerform calculations for heating/cooling loads and equipment sizing using standard engineering formulasCollaborate with the Lead Engineer on engineering studies and schematic designs for new systems, and analyze the performance of existing systemsAssist in equipment selection through catalog research under engineer guidanceApply a working knowledge of relevant building codes; consult with engineers to ensure code complianceContribute to the development and implementation of company design and production standardsManage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and efficiencyFollow specific technical instructions with attention to detail and follow-throughWork collaboratively with team members, sharing ideas and suggesting process improvementsAttend client meetings as needed to support project development and communicationConduct site visits as required to assess conditions and support design coordinationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 5 year of experience in HVAC design within an MEP firmProficiency in Revit for mechanical or electrical design applicationsBasic understanding of mechanical or electrical system design principles and conceptsFamiliarity with relevant building codes and industry standardsAbility to interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawingsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workInterested in hearing more?
