Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with experience servicing Mercedes-Benz and/or Audi vehicles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in diagnosing and repairing modern automotive systems, including advanced electronics and driver-assist technologies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Mercedes-Benz vehicles

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, inspections)

• Use OEM diagnostic tools (Mercedes-Benz XENTRY / STAR Diagnosis)

• Troubleshoot engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and HVAC systems

• Repair and program vehicle electronics, sensors, and control modules

• Perform ADAS calibrations and system resets when required

• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards

• Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with service advisors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience (German/luxury preferred)

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with European vehicles (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi preferred)

• Familiarity with OEM diagnostic software

• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Mercedes-Benz OEM certification

• Audi OEM certification

• ASE certifications (A1 A8)

• Hybrid / EV experience (Mercedes EQ models)

• 5 7+ years of dealership or European-specialty experience
