$80,000 – $90,000 + Relocation Assistance

Day Shift | Monday–Friday (flexibility required)

A leading metals manufacturing organization is seeking Operations Leaders (Production Supervisors) to join its team in Vandergrift, PA. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across assigned production areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations with a strong focus on safety and housekeeping standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve throughput
• Supervise and support hourly production teams, providing technical guidance as needed
• Partner with maintenance and engineering to improve equipment reliability and uptime
• Ensure equipment availability to meet on-time delivery and quality targets
• Coordinate closely with internal and external teams to support plant operations
• Develop and promote cross-training opportunities within production processes
• Support troubleshooting and modifications of electrical/mechanical systems as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

·      4+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or

a technical field

• Experience in metals, steel, or heavy industrial manufacturing required

• Experience with PLCs, motor control centers, drives, and power distribution
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints

Preferred Skills

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing hourly workforce
• Solid organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Additional Details

• Primarily day shift, but must be flexible for off-shift/weekend coverage as needed
• Overtime and premium pay available for additional coverage
