Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to heat treatment and failure analysis.

• Strong knowledge of metallurgy, including microstructure, phase transformations, and mechanical properties.

• Hands-on experience with metallurgical lab equipment and testing methods.

• Familiarity with standards such as ASTM, SAE, ISO, and NADCAP (if applicable).

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams.
