Job Description:
We are seeking a Methodology Lead to support a complex Tolling Back Office program. The ideal candidate will define and streamline software delivery methodologies, ensuring effective collaboration across multi-team technology programs. This role requires a focus on enhancing delivery outcomes, implementing best practices, and providing hands-on training to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement PMO methodologies for complex software delivery.
• Expertly manage Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and reporting.
• Utilize Power BI for executive-level dashboards and analytics.
• Conduct regular delivery health checks and governance assessments.
• Facilitate governance forums and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Technical Skills:

• 10+ years in PMO and complex software delivery roles.
• Extensive experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps and Power BI.
• Proven ability to scale delivery practices across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate methodologies for diverse stakeholders.
