Position Overview Industrial Engineering team is seeking Methods Process Analysts to support the Boeing Test & Evaluation Organization. Positions are open in Lab Test (supporting Fabrication, Assembly, Setup, and Test) and Flight Test (supporting Flight Test Maintenance). The ideal candidate will partner with cross‑functional teams to achieve organizational business goals and objectives.
Position Responsibilities Conduct analysis of current and future business environment using established guidelines
Develop forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans
Contribute to development of test program labor hour estimates for new or revised work packages
Develop recovery plans, including data gathering, visibility development, and monitoring status
Monitor performance against established labor hour estimates
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated shop operating plans to maximize efficiency and meet cost and schedule commitments
Identify and implement process improvements using established methodologies to maximize efficiency and support company initiatives
Analyze changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events and assess impacts on cost, schedule, and resources
Prepare modifications to existing plans and obtain approval for plan changes
Participate in negotiations to support schedule commitments or statement of work impacts
Maintain complex integrated shop operating plans to reduce inventory and meet cost and schedule commitments
Gather and analyze shop performance metrics to recommend action for Production and Tooling Management
Assess readiness of work statement components, provide status, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans
Basic Qualifications Meeting U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R.)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Ability to walk, stand, and enter into aircraft via steps or ladders
Experience using MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or test environment
Experience in manufacturing design, fabrication, and testing
Experience supporting manufacturing or test operations
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience with improvement projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using Aurora Scheduling Software

Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Entry‑Level pay range: $64,600 – $87,400
Associate pay range: $78,200 – $105,800
