Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8
Shift Notes: 0700-1530 5 days/week
Weekend Requirements: On-call during the week, weekends, and Holidays

Traveler Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 35-mile radius restriction)
Further Specifics:
- Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
- OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
- Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
- Supports the mission and vision through behaviors that reflect and integrate our values, as evidenced by observation, and peer and customer feedback.
- Performs specific special procedures, vascular and cardiovascular procedures. Implements activities to establish and maintain quality diagnostic studies
- Coordinates the special procedure examinations to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care
- Contributes to the efficient operation of the department and assists implementation of the patient's plan of care
- Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and competence
- Contributes to the effective operations of the department by dependability in job performance
- Please note travelers ust live/stay within 30 min of the facility during the duration of the assignment
- Associate degree in Radiology Technology or Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography Program
- ARRT registered-Required
- BLS certification Required
- ACLS certification within one (1) year of hire- Required
- One (1) year of Vascular and Cardiac Cath lab or Special Procedures experience, preferred

- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler's best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review.
- Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
- Full-time employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
