Position: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse(LPN/LVN)

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 12

Shift Notes: 7a-7p, 3x12s; 36 hrs scheduled, 34.5 hrs/week guarantee (30 min deduction each shift for lunch)

Weekend Requirements: rotation, usually 1 weekend off/month

On-Call Requirements: None

COVID-19/FLU Requirement: Covid Vaccine - strongly encouraged -- (if declining, mandated to wear a mask)

Traveler Policy: MI-based clinicians desired ease of onboarding

Submission Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in SNF/LTC as a LPN
• Please note there is no public transportation. All travelers must have their own vehicle or a rental
• travel experience is desired
