Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 12
Shift Notes: 7 am to 6 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & 7 am to 11:30 am Tuesday & 7 am to 11:00 am on Friday.(36Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: No Weekends
On-Call Requirements: No Call

Traveler Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)

Physical Therapy focuses on preventing and healing injuries and disabilities that affect your capacity to perform normal, daily tasks. Some conditions that may benefit from physical therapy include sports injuries, amputations, joint replacement, back and neck pain, headaches, and neurological conditions.
A physical therapist can help you:

Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (MI PT license & BLS - AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
