Looking for Quality Specialist - Lab Technicians in Ada, MI
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Join our team today and become part of the manufacturing process at a local facility in Ada, MI. We are looking for entry-level Quality Specialists/Lab Technicians. You will log and composite samples for quality purposes as a part of this great Western Michigan Company!!
Quality Specialist/Lab Tech Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of college education in science related field, or demonstrated experience in microbiology lab procedures.
- GMP Microbiology lab experience (preferred)
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements and good manufacturing practices
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Quality Specialist/Lab Tech Responsibilities:
- Assist with quality testing
- Log samples into an IMS (information management system)
- Composite samples for quality control testing
- Communicate with manufacturing when adjustments need to be made
- Facilitate sample movement between labs
- Maintain workspace and keep accurate records and calibrate equipment as needed
