Supply Chain Management Consulting, LLC is a leading consulting firm in the Aerospace & Defense industry, specializing in supply chain optimization. We are currently seeking a skilled Microelectronics Assembler to join our team. As a Microelectronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing microelectronic components and products according to specifications.

Responsibilities

    • Perform a variety of microchip and wire assembly operations under a microscope.
    • Perform manual die bonding, wire bonding, ribbon bonding, or other clean room operations. Knowledge of automatic wire bonding, automatic die bonding machines, or any automatic electronic assembly equipment is a plus++.
    • This position requires steady hands for handling ultra-miniature parts which may only be visible through a microscope. The applicant must have good eyesight and manual dexterity.
    • Using small hand tools such as tweezers and pin probes under a microscope is required.
    • The ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, operation instructions, and assemble procedures is required.
    • Assist in meeting department production goals and work in a team environment.
    • Most of the work will be performed in a clean room environment.
  • SKILLS: 
    •     Good troubleshooting skills with complex microwave assemblies 
    •    An understanding of test plans and operating procedures  
    •     Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook 
    •     Must be attentive to details. 
    •    Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members and customers. 
    •     Good communication skills, both oral and in written form 

Requirements

  • CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship required EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • EXPERIENCE: 1- 3 years working as a Micro assembly/Mechanical assembly preferred or related experience
