In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to finance leaders, helping organizations improve financial processes, reporting, and system performance while leading client engagements and developing consulting talent.The ideal candidate brings a blend of ERP consulting experience, deep accounting knowledge, and leadership capability. CPA or CMA credentials are preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportAct as the functional lead for financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgeting, and Financial ReportingTranslate complex accounting, finance, and operational requirements into scalable Business Central solutions aligned with client objectivesAdvise clients on best practices related to financial controls, close processes, reporting, and system optimizationIdentify opportunities for process improvement and additional consulting or technology servicesEngagement & Project ManagementManage multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budgetPartner with project managers to develop work plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategiesCommunicate effectively with client stakeholders, including Controllers, CFOs, and Finance DirectorsBuild and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on client satisfactionLeadership & Team DevelopmentProvide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to consultants and senior consultantsReview project deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with Crowe standardsSupport recruiting, onboarding, and training of Business Central consulting professionalsContribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and best practicesPractice & Firm GrowthSupport pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposals, and effort estimationCollaborate with accounting, tax, and advisory teams to deliver integrated Crowe solutionsStay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central enhancements and related technologiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field7+ years of experience in ERP consulting or financial systems implementation3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and core accounting processesExperience leading client engagements and managing consulting teamsStrong communication, presentation, and client-facing skillsAbility to travel as needed for client engagementsPreferred QualificationsCPA or CMA certificationExperience supporting professional services, manufacturing, distribution, or services-based organizationsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional certificationsPrior experience in a public accounting or consulting firmWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
