Targeted towards working professionals, we provide cutting edge programs in next generation areas like Digital Transformation, Leadership, Data Science, Product Management, Senior Management, AI etc. Our USP is to provide transformative learning experience that will help learners become industry leaders.Join our mission of helping a million professionals achieve their dream jobs through upskilling in next generation skills.Role Overview:This is a contractual, remote role focused primarily on:Creating recorded certification-aligned course contentSupporting learner outcomes and completionHelping us build scalable Microsoft learning pathwaysLive sessions are not mandatory, but there may be opportunities to conduct webinars or masterclasses in the future.Focus Areas:You may contribute to one or more of the following tracks:Azure (Admin / Developer / Architect)AI & Machine Learning on AzureMicrosoft Copilot / GenAI for businessPower BI & AnalyticsKey Responsibilities:Design and structure certification-aligned course modulesRecord high-quality video lessons (concepts, demos, walkthroughs)Create supporting learning assets (practice sets, summaries, checkpoints)Provide guidance on certification readiness and learner journeyCollaborate with our product and content teams to maintain course qualityMust Have:Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) statusExperience delivering training in Azure, AI, Data, or Power PlatformStrong hands-on expertise with Microsoft tools and servicesComfortable creating structured learning content and recordingsExcellent communication and teaching abilityGood to Have:Experience with official certification tracks (e.g., AI-102, DP-100, PL-300, AZ-104, AZ-305)Familiarity with Microsoft Learn pathwaysPrior experience with cohort-based or online learning formats
