Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Build and maintain model-driven and canvas applications
• Customize Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations)
• Develop C# plugins, workflows, and JavaScript-based customizations
• Architect and manage Dataverse data models and relationships
• Implement end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate
• Integrate systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, SharePoint, SQL, and third-party platforms
• Lead data migration, API development, and system integration efforts
• Configure and enforce security models and compliance standards
• Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and deployments
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to IT governance standards

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• 5+ years of experience with Workflow Design & Implementation
• 5+ years of experience with PowerApps
• 5+ years of experience with MS SQL
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD
• 5+ years of experience with PowerShell
• 5+ years of experience with Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, RSS)
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI
• 5+ years of experience designing Enterprise-Level System Architectures

Preferred Skills

• Experience with building and deploying dynamic solution packages
• Experience with security and data classification standards (CDC, HIPAA, CJIS)

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
