Job Description :-7+ years of experience as CRM technical consultant Possess deep and hands on technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules, Experienced in using Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data verse Expert in developing components such as Plugins (C#, .NET), Custom workflows, actions, JavaScript/TypeScript scripting, Model‑Driven & Canvas Apps Strong understanding of AI and Co-pilot Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations Well versed and experienced in implementation projects from scratch and support projects Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs Global experience and working in diversified environment
