About the Role: We are seeking an experienced D365 Integration Architect with strong hands-on development and leadership experience to join our team for a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and SAP HANA integration project. This role requires deep expertise in Azure Cloud, D365 Customer Engagement (CE)-with a specific focus on the Customer Service module-and extensive experience implementing the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, and XRM tools for API integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of D365 integrations with SAP BRIM and SAP HANA using Azure Cloud services and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Provide hands-on development for complex D365 integration solutions, focusing on Customer Engagement (CE) and the Customer Service module.
• Architect and execute scalable, high-performance integrations using XRM tools, APIs, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
• Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement solutions.
• Customize and configure D365 modules to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 integrations and Azure-based solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and governance policies for D365 and Azure integrations.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architecture & Integration with at least 5+ years of hands-on development.
• Strong expertise in D365 Customer Engagement (CE), specifically the Customer Service module.
• Proven experience integrating D365 with SAP HANA and other enterprise systems using Azure Cloud services.
• Extensive experience with Power Platform: Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, and XRM tools for custom API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, automation, and process optimization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MVP or Fast Track certification in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and cloud-based integration patterns.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and modern software development practices.
