Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina (3 days/week onsite is required)
D365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant with implementation and deployment experience. Must be able to be onsite 3 days a week at least.

The Solution Consultant/Functional Analyst will have 5+ years of experience specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform who will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our Dynamics solution to meet business needs.

Role/Responsibilities
- Extensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 module Customer Service, Power Platform and Integrations
- Knowledge of the platform's capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization.
- Experience in automotive industry can be valuable for understanding sector-specific requirements and challenges.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization.
- Configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs.
- Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required.
- Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
- Lead or assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Support in development of user manuals and training materials.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
- Create detailed documentation of the configuration, customizations, and integrations.
- Maintain documentation for future reference and auditing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business processes and design appropriate solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to manage projects efficiently.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure tasks stay on track.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of Dynamics 365, including architecture, data models, and integration points.
