This role will focus on designing, building, and deploying automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite—including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio Agents. The ideal candidate will help accelerate digital transformation across frontline workflows and internal operations.Responsibilities:Build automation flows with Power Automate to streamline manual processesCreate custom applications using Power Apps to support operational efficiencyDevelop intelligent agents using Copilot Studio for targeted business use casesDesign and implement Generative AI models and systems tailored to business needs.Stay current with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science.Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions—from data ingestion to model deployment.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutionsParticipate in periodic reviews and demos to showcase solution impactDocument development processes and maintain solution integrity across environmentsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform toolsFamiliarity with Copilot Studio and conversational AI agent designProven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a business environment.Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.Experience with low-code/no-code development environmentsStrong understanding of data flows, API integration, and automation logicExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesContract Details:Travel Requirement: Domestic travel up to 10%
