Responsibilities:

• Configure alerts for DLP policy violations triggered by Copilot interactions specifically prompt violations, PII alerts
• Block response for violations and PII data leakage
• Enable visibility into user prompts and Copilot-generated responses for audit and compliance.
• Provide access to the nightly batch program for accessing the requests and responses
• Capture and report metrics related to Copilot usage across the organization
• Monitor alerts related to ethical and responsible AI usage
• Enable audit trails for Copilot-related activities to support investigations and compliance reviews

Skills:

• Monitor and control documents uploaded by users during Copilot interactions and provide access to batch program
• Track user feedback on Copilot responses to assess quality and relevance.
• Provide documentation detailing the DLP policies implemented, including exceptions and monitoring guidelines.
• Validate DLP policy enforcement across Copilot interactions
