Mid-Level Associate: Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits

Overview The New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire a mid-level associate for our Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice. The ideal candidate will have a diversified executive compensation and benefits practice with experience advising both private and public companies, as well as alternative asset managers, on executive compensation matters, including supporting M&A, corporate governance and capital markets matters. Qualifications 3-5 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience Admitted to the New York Bar with excellent credentials Compensation Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
