A law firm seeks a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its expanding practice in Denver, CO. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients on complex transactions across the United States. Duties Advise institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients on commercial real estate matters. Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across diverse asset classes. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and commercial leases. Conduct and manage due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning reviews. Advise on development projects from entitlement through completion. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various practice areas. Support clients with operational real estate matters, including lease amendments and tenant issues. Requirements J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials. 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm. Admission to the bar in the state of location preference or ability to become admitted promptly. Experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Education J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school. Certifications Admission to the bar in the state of location preference. Skills Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commercial mindset with a client-first approach. Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
