Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (.Net and Azure) Location: Herndon, VA (hybrid once a quarter) | Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required. Must obtain TSA Public Trust. We’re looking for a highly skilled Mid-Full Stack Developer/Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-quality solutions that solve complex technical and business challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, write and test code, manage integrations, and proactively address risks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working in Agile teams, and is eager to learn and grow in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities Participate in and/or lead meetings with customers/partners to understand their business needs and define requirements. Support project planning and document development by defining risks and dependencies, communicate business value, and manage schedule. Proactively identify issues and risks and engage stakeholders to resolve them. Write and maintain integration and unit tests for features. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project and release plans. Take ownership of writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code. Resolve complex system integration challenges across team boundaries. Required Education, Experience, and Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Familiar with cloud/data technologies such as Web API, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI. Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills Proficiency in SQL. UX/UI & Accessibility. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for database deployments (e.g., Jenkins Build). Experience with Agile SDLC methodology (Scrum), Azure DevOps (TFS). Knowledge of OKTA, Selenium, REACT. Preferred Technical Certifications Technical certifications based on domain (e.g., Azure, SharePoint, CoPilot, Teams). Salary Information Our estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000. This range is not a guarantee of compensation. Offered salary is based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements as appropriate to the role.
