Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral services in the Chattanooga, TN area. This contract position supports students across elementary, middle, and high school settings, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 10-12 students requiring behavioral support and intervention.
  • Supervise and mentor 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective therapy delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators and school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Licensure and National Certification are required.
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school environments is highly valued.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills to guide RBTs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Location: Schools in the Chattanooga, TN area, servicing students across various grade levels.
