Job Description
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 10-12 students requiring behavioral support and intervention.
- Supervise and mentor 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective therapy delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA Licensure and National Certification are required.
- Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school environments is highly valued.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills to guide RBTs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
