We are seeking a highly skilled Military Analyst with specialized expertise in warfighter operations and space domain to join our dynamic team.

The Military Analyst position shall provide support to our customer, deployment and integration of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA). Providing enterprise-wide integration of the PWSA with USINDOPACOM, its subordinate commands, component commands, direct reporting units, standing joint task forces, strategic mission partners, and ally and partner nations. The Military Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating and interpreting complex military and space-related data to provide strategic recommendations and support decision-making processes. This position requires a deep understanding of warfighter tactics, techniques, and procedures, existing and emerging technologies, and space operations from various sources to forecast and address emerging threats and opportunities to provide situational reports to provide commanders and decision-makers with timely and accurate information for mission planning, integration, and execution

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of all-domain warfighter operations, including tactics, techniques, and procedures, warfighting capabilities, and strategies, to support military planning and decision-making.
  • Development and application of all-domain military operations to include concepts of operations, concepts of employment, development and execution of CCMD operational plans, and threat tactics and responses.
  • Analyze and assess space domain operations, including satellite systems, space situational awareness, and emerging technologies.
  • Support and exercises Wargame planning and execution processes.
  • Develop and deliver detailed reports, briefings, and presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations on military and space-related issues.
  • Monitor and interpret global developments and technological advancements relevant to warfighter and space operations.
  • Support strategic planning and operational assessments through data-driven analysis and scenario modeling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in military analysis, with a focus on warfighter operations and military communication combat systems expertise
  • Prior military experience with Combatant Commands preferred.
  • Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) or Joint Planning process, focus on USINDOPACOM desired.
  • Working knowledge of Link-16 desired.
  • Working knowledge of military targeting process in all-domain operations.
  • Proven experience analyzing military tactics, techniques, and procedures technologies, and strategies.
  • Proven experience with employing tactical communication, information, and targeting systems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of defense and space policies, regulations, and operational environments.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
