We’re hiring a Millwork Project Manager / Estimator to lead custom interior woodwork and architectural millwork projects from pre-construction through installation. This role blends detailed estimating with hands-on project coordination and field oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed estimates for custom millwork, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork
• Manage schedules, scope, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff to completion
• Coordinate with design, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams
• Review shop drawings, materials, and production requirements for accuracy
• Maintain quality control and clear client communication throughout the project

Requirements

• Experience managing and estimating millwork or custom woodwork projects
• Strong ability to read drawings, specs, and shop details
• Proven project coordination across shop and field teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused communication
