About the Company:

Our client was restructured from several supply chain service and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011.
The company's main business is supply chain management and logistics services, logistics platform development and operation.
Resources: Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
  • Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence including letters, memos, contracts, and legal briefs.
  • Organize, maintain, and update client files, ensuring information is easily accessible for the legal team.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with legal research under the supervision of the legal team.
  • Assist with billing processes, ensuring all time and expenses are accurately logged.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Prior administrative or legal experience, preferably within a law firm or legal department.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with legal research tools and databases is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
