Our client was restructured from several supply chain service and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011.
The company's main business is supply chain management and logistics services, logistics platform development and operation.
Resources: Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for organizational strategy and effective human resources planning? Are you fluent in Mandarin? We are seeking a Mandarin Senior HRGA Specialist to join our team.
This key role will be responsible for our company's annual human resources planning, administration work plan, and other HR related affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the company's annual human resources planning and administration work plan in line with the company's development strategy planning and annual business plan.
  • Establish, enhance, and implement the human resources and administrative management system of the company.
  • Take charge of the company's brand management and corporate culture promotion efforts.
  • Organize and manage various administrative, logistics affairs, and external approach work.
  • Execute tasks assigned by the leader effectively and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, psychology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or Human Capital roles, open for any industry.
  • Proven track record in handling general affair activities.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
