The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills and hands-on experience in HR reporting and data management.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee databases and HR records.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.Generate reports related to attendance, attrition, recruitment, payroll inputs, and performance tracking.Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management.Coordinate with HR and other departments for data collection and validation.Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of HR data.Automate reports and dashboards using advanced Excel tools.Support audits and compliance documentation.Advanced MS ExcelHR MIS Reporting, Daily / Weekly / Monthly HR reports, Recruitment tracker & joining status.HRMS / ERP KnowledgeWorking knowledge of HR softwareData extraction & report generationData ManagementData cleaning & validation, Ensuring accuracy and confidentialityRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in MIS/HR reporting.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas).Knowledge of HRMS systems and data management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and data accuracy.Good communication and coordination skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in dashboard creation and data visualization.Basic knowledge of payroll processing.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
