Duties

* You will manage a comprehensive MA program for the MCD HQ and provide recommendations and guidance to subordinate commands on MA program related matters.
* You will independently plan, schedule, and coordinate comprehensive MA awareness campaigns, initiatives, activities, and programs to include the financial management of the MA program.
* You will research, study, and evaluate operations and risks, and identify/develop methods/techniques to mitigate identified risks. Develop, initiate and conduct MA training for the MCRC HQ and for subordinate commands.
* You will coordinate with federal and state law enforcement agencies, state intelligence fusion centers, and joint terrorism task forces (JTTF's) in order to obtain current, relevant threat information.
* You will conduct analysis on information/intelligence provided by law enforcement as it relates to MCRC facilities/personnel.

* Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
* Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

* Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
* You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card with travel and purchase authority.
* This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
* You are required to complete Level II Antiterrorism/Force Protection Officer training course required per DODI 2000.16.
* You will be required to completeFEMA ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800 required per MCO 3302.1E.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, organizing, coordinating and administering a comprehensive Mission Assurance (MA) program (i.e., Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection; Critical Infrastructure Protection; Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, High-yield Explosive (CBRNE) Response Program; and Emergency Management); managing MA programs through conducting inspections, training, and intelligence analysis; and mitigating risks using the All-Hazards approach.
