MITIGATION PROJECT MANAGER

Compensation: $100,000 Base + Commission ($130K–$150K OTE)

Locations: Boston, MA Area & Taunton, MA (2 openings)

A growing restoration & mitigation services provider is seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to oversee water, fire, and mold loss projects from initial response through completion. This is a hands-on, field-driven role responsible for scoping, estimating, execution, and overall customer experience.

This position requires a strong operator who understands mitigation workflows, job costing, insurance coordination, and how to run multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and mold losses and perform initial job scoping

• Develop and manage scopes of work and project timelines

• Create and manage estimates using Xactimate

• Coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors across multiple jobs

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters

• Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards

• Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in mitigation project management (water, fire, mold)

• Xactimate proficiency required

• Strong understanding of insurance-driven workflows and job costing

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

• Comfortable working in field conditions (ladders, crawl spaces, attics)
