Requirements: Bachelors with a 4 year degree, or post graduate Masters PT ONLY, will not accept a PTA Candidates will need to have valid PT License (Proof) in MN, Min Requirements Bachelors with a 4 year degree, or post graduate Masters Candidates will need to have had a MDHS Netstudy background check completed in the last year Shift Information: M-F as well as occasional weekend coverage
