Job Description:• Lead development of HIS mobile applications• Develop and maintain apps using Flutter and Java (Android)• Define mobile architecture and ensure performance, security, and scalability• Collaborate with Backend, Product, and UI/UX teams (PostgreSQL & REST API)• Review code, manage tasks, and mentor mobile developersRequirements :• 5+ years experience in mobile development• Strong in Flutter and Java (Android)• Experience with enterprise apps (HRIS/ERP is a plus)• Familiar with PostgreSQL, REST API, and Git• Experience leading a team or acting as a tech lead• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
