Amsted Rail-Griffin Wheel, the leading manufacturer of railroad wheels in North America, is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Mobile Equipment Mechanic for our Groveport foundry. 

The Mobile Equipment Mechanic position is responsible for maintaining all rolling stock (i.e. dump trucks, front-end loaders, fork trucks, etc.) for the facility.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work without direct supervision, be a self-starter, and pay attention to details including accurate data collection/entry and tracking of preventative maintenance information.  
• The ideal candidate will have 5 years of verifiable mobile equipment experience. 
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must successfully complete screening and skills tests prior to interviewing.

Schedule: Hours of work will be on the day shift with daily and/or weekend overtime required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starts at $34.99 and moves to $38.87 after 90 days. 
• We offer a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, 401k with match, and ESOP.
