IREAD Club 3rd Grade Reading Instructors
Employment is based on student enrollment, IREAD experience, commitment to entire session, endorsements, and principal recommendation. Employment status may change during the employment dates.
REQUIREMENT: Current Goshen Community Schools employee
EXPECTATIONS: Instructors are expected to consistently work with small groups of students on reading instruction.
HOURS: January 29 March 8, 2024, and April 8 May 24, 2024
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 1 hour per day; 2:30 p.m. 3:30 p.m.
SALARY:
- Paraprofessionals, Title One Instructors, or other support staff that do not have a current teaching license, will be paid their usual hourly pay.
- For Certified teachers or support staff who have a current teaching license, the rate of pay is based on the summer school contracted rate, $40.00 per hour.
- Teacher rate is for 1 hour per evening after the contracted hours. Please note: Although instruction would begin after school, teachers are contracted until 3:30 p.m. The hourly pay for certified staff would not begin until 3:30 p.m.
