Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our team in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This position involves developing and maintaining a suite of software products and models that are critical to the engineering and sales teams. The primary focus will be on the centrifugal chiller performance prediction and selection software, which plays a central role in our organization.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering and product support teams, working alongside subject matter experts to transform engineering and customer requirements into effective software solutions. You will also be an essential contributor to the ongoing maintenance and development of new models for the performance prediction engine, ensuring the delivery of sustainable software solutions to meet business goals.
