Youth With A Purpose is excited to announce an opening for a part‑time Mommy Mentor Network Program Assistant. This role supports initiatives that empower mothers through education, mentoring, and community support. This position is not remote and requires onsite attendance at our facilities. Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Program Manager with daily administrative tasks. Watch and care for children in the daycare center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Support community events, including preparation, execution, and follow‑up activities. Facilitate communication between program staff and participating families. Help prepare materials and resources for workshops and mentoring sessions. Collect, organize, and manage data related to program participants and outcomes. Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and program effectiveness. Maintain a clean and organized program area in line with health and safety standards. Assist with the development of promotional materials and program announcements. Provide logistical support, including scheduling and inventory management. Requirements Proven experience in childcare or educational programs preferred. High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple activities within deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to maintain a safe work environment and confidentiality at all times. Proactive, creative, and flexible approach to evaluating, researching, and resolving issues. Maintain professional demeanor that reflects positively on the agency. Demonstrate respect and courtesy toward others. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
