  • Driver's license Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs)provide assistance and support to clients in a therapeutic environment. This position performs skilled nursing duties, assessments ,planning, interventions, and evaluations for adult clients in the facility. Responsibilities include supervises and accounts for patients; provides care as directed by medical and nursing providers; observes, reports, and documents information concerning patient's physical, emotional, and behavior status; maintains and protects patient rights; recognizes and appropriately responds using therapeutic communication and de-escalations techniques with patients. Additionally, shift differential may available, and one meal is provided per shift. Qualificationsfor this Career Opportunity Ability to provide patient assessment and appropriate documentation. Implementappropriate nursing care interventions. Performaccurate and thorough work. Skill inthe use of the basic instruments and equipment of the nursing profession. Knowledgeof current psychopharmacology. Communicateeffectively, verbally and in writing. Abilityto Analyze, assemble, and organize information. Ability to proficiently utilize technology related to patient care information systems. Meet minimum qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Montana.
  • Preferred experience providing care to individuals with developmental, behavioral, or psychiatric disorders.
