Your attention to detail and coordination skills directly support our borrowers, internal teams, and settlement partners. This role is a great opportunity to grow your mortgage operations expertise in a collaborative, supportive environment.In this role you'll:Support the accurate and timely closing of residential loan applications through administrative and operational assistance.Validate basic loan data and fees to help prepare accurate Closing Disclosures under supervision.Enter and verify loan information in Encompass to support closing preparation and funding timelines.Assemble and transmit complete closing document packages to settlement agents as directed.Review closing documents for completeness, confirming required signatures, dates, and accuracy.Communicate professionally with internal partners and settlement agents to resolve missing or incorrect documentation.Track, obtain, and clear outstanding conditions to support timely loan funding and closing.Perform routine administrative tasks related to loan closing processes.Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, escalating issues to senior staff when needed.What we're looking for:You have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required). An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. You bring one to two years of experience in mortgage closing or funding, including experience with FHA and VA loans (Required).What helps you shine:You have a basic understanding of loan closing forms and mortgage documentation. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, and value great customer service. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems and applications. You have general knowledge of business processes and basic accounting principles.
