WSFS Bank’s mission is part of our “Stand For Service®” philosophy. WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Closer for our WSFS Mortgage division. The Mortgage Loan Closer will prepare and review critical closing documents for mortgage home loans and will be responsible for working closely with title companies to ensure all policies and procedures are maintained. Full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Job Responsibilities Work closely with the Loan Processors to ensure accuracy of documents and submissions. Focus on mortgage assignment creation, including creating assignments, title searches, and understanding chain of title and vesting. Meet strict closing deadlines. Minimum Qualifications Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Previous mortgage processing or closing experience is preferred. Must have previous customer service experience. Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements is strongly preferred. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Windows and Microsoft Office products. Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment. Track record of dependability and attendance under time constraints. Salary Range $42,289.00 - $69,475.00 (individual base pay may vary based on experience, job‑related skills, education, location, and business needs).
