As a Mortgage Loan Officer on The Samuels Team Powered By Mpire Financial, you will assist clients in navigating the mortgage process from qualification to closing. Your responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, providing guidance on mortgage products, coordinating with underwriting to ensure compliance, and delivering outstanding customer service. Building and nurturing relationships with potential borrowers and industry professionals to grow the client base will also be a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Experience in the mortgage industry, including loan origination and mortgage lending Knowledge of underwriting standards and procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Familiarity with regulatory compliance and guidelines in the mortgage industry Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Licensure as a Mortgage Loan Officer or ability to obtain required licensure Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the mortgage industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
